When I come to visit First Presbyterian Church,

What Should I expect?

When you come, we will do our best to make you feel welcome.  Come expecting to experience good music and, an encouraging message in a non threatening environment.  The 9am worship service is followed by a fellowship time where you can have time to meet some folks and enjoy some refreshments.  Or you could come to the fellowship time about 10:15am followed by worship at 10:45am.

What should I wear?

You should wear whatever you feel comfortable with in public.  We really want to meet you and won't be worrying about what you wear.  If you dress casually you will fit right in.

What about my kids?

First Presbyterian Church has classes for your kids that meet during the 9am service.  Bring them to the service with you and they will have an opportunity to go to classes for their age group when the other kids go.  Whatever their age the class will be a safe and fun environment designed to help them learn about Jesus and the Christian life.

Will I need to put money in the offering?

When you visit we will not expect your money.  The church is supported by its members and regular attenders.  We'd rather focus on getting to know you and offering you a place where you can worship and learn and serve.
